Raspberry Pi PoE+ Injector

This single-port 30W PoE+ injector lets you send power and data to a PoE-enabled Raspberry Pi over one Ethernet cable. It is intended for Raspberry Pi single board computers from the Raspberry Pi 3B+ onwards, excluding the Zero series.

The injector supplies 55V at 550mA and supports 10/100/1000 Mbps data rates, making it suitable for neat networked Pi installations where you want to reduce cabling. The input side accepts data via RJ45, while the output RJ45 carries both data and power.

A power cable is sold separately. You will also need a Raspberry Pi PoE HAT; the source notes this is available for the Raspberry Pi 3B+ and 4 series.
