The ELECFREAKS Nezha Pro is a micro:bit expansion board designed for education and creative programming. It features a 4-way motor driver, 8 sensor expansion ports, and two built-in motor control buttons that work even without a micro:bit connected. All interfaces use RJ11 connectors with an anti-reverse plug design for fast, mistake-free connections.
The enclosure is compatible with both LEGO and Fischertechnik building blocks, allowing students to combine electronic modules with construction systems for hands-on STEM projects.
Key Features
- 4 Motor Ports – Drive up to 4 motors simultaneously
- 8 Sensor Ports – RJ11 connectors with colour-coded labels for easy identification
- Anti-Reverse RJ11 Connectors – Dud-proof design prevents incorrect connections
- Built-in Motor Control Buttons – Control motor direction without a micro:bit
- Physical Toggle Switch – Direct on/off control
- Battery Indicator – 4 LEDs show power status clearly
- Building Block Compatible – Interfaces for LEGO and Fischertechnik systems
- Colour Recognition System – Colour-labelled ports for quick PlanetX sensor connections
Ideal For
- micro:bit robotics and STEM education
- Creative programming projects (MakeCode / Python)
- Building block–integrated motorised creations
Jargon buster
Plain-language definitions for the technical terms used above.
- motor driver
- An electronic circuit that lets a low-power controller switch and control a motor that needs more current than the controller pins can safely provide. Checking motor driver support matters because pumps and motors usually cannot be connected directly to a microcontroller output.
