This metal cooling enclosure is designed to protect and cool a Raspberry Pi 4 during sustained workloads. The aluminium alloy body acts as a full-case passive heat spreader, while the supplied silicone thermal pad transfers heat from the processor into the metal shell.

An integrated DC 5V fan adds active airflow to help move heat away from the case, making it useful for media centres, home servers, edge computing nodes, robotics controllers and other compact SBC projects.

The case has precision-machined openings for the Raspberry Pi 4 interfaces, including USB, HDMI, power and network ports, so the board remains accessible once installed. Its slide-open upper and lower cover design helps make assembly, maintenance and hardware swaps straightforward.

Includes one metal heatsink case for Raspberry Pi 4 and one accessories package.

Features:

  • Aluminum alloy enclosure functioning as an integrated heat sink
  • Silicone thermal pad transfers heat from processor to metal shell
  • Integrated DC 5V cooling fan for active airflow dissipation
  • Precision-machined openings aligned with board interfaces
  • Slide-open upper and lower covers for easy assembly
  • Full-body protection for embedded single-board computers

Specifications:

  • Dimension: 92*64*40mm/3.62*2.52*1.57”
  • Material: aluminum alloy
  • Fan voltage: DC 5V

Jargon buster

Plain-language definitions for the technical terms used above.

edge computing
Edge computing means processing data close to where it is collected, such as on the device itself, rather than sending everything to the cloud. This can reduce delays, internet dependence, and privacy concerns in sensor, camera, and robotics projects.
HDMI
HDMI is a common digital video and audio connection used by computers, media players, and many displays. If a display kit has HDMI input, it is usually much easier to test with a single-board computer because it can act like a normal monitor.
