This Gravity analog flame sensor detects fire and infrared light sources in the 760–1,100 nm wavelength range. With a 60° detection angle and analogue output proportional to flame distance, it's widely used in firefighting robots, fire alarm projects, and other safety applications.

The Gravity interface makes wiring simple — a single analogue cable connects the sensor to Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or any 3.3–5 V microcontroller. Two M3 mounting holes allow easy installation on robot platforms and enclosures.

Gravity
Gravity is DFRobot’s plug-in connector system for sensors, motors and modules, using standard cables to reduce loose jumper wiring. It matters because Gravity-compatible parts can connect directly to these ports, while non-Gravity parts may need adapters or manual wiring.
