The SHTC3 digital humidity sensor from Sensirion builds on the success of the proven SHTC1 sensor and offers consistent high accuracy within the measuring range.

The sensor covers a humidity measurement range of 0 to 100%RH and a temperature detection range of -40°C to 125°C with a typical accuracy of ±2%RH and ±0.2℃.

The board supply voltage of 3.3V to 5V and a current consumption below 0.15mA in low power mode make the SHTC3 perfectly suitable for mobile or wireless battery-driven applications.

Jargon buster

Plain-language definitions for the technical terms used above.

I2C
I2C is a two-wire communication bus used by many sensors and small modules. It matters because several I2C devices can share the same two wires, but each device needs a compatible address and your controller must support I2C.
