A pack of 10 long straight male header strips, each with 40 breakable pins at 2.54mm pitch. The extended 10mm pin length allows socket-to-socket connections, and the plastic separator can be repositioned along the pins to suit your application.

Snap or cut the strips to any size needed for custom PCBs, Arduino shields, or general prototyping headers.

Key Features

  • Extended 10mm Pin Length – Long pins for socket-to-socket and stackable connections
  • Break-Away Design – Snap to any pin count as needed
  • Repositionable Separator – Slide the plastic spacer up or down to suit your build
  • 2.54mm (0.1″) Pitch – Standard spacing for breadboards and PCBs

Specifications

  • Pins Per Strip – 40
  • Pin Length – 10mm
  • Pitch – 2.54mm (0.1″)
  • Rows – Single row

Ideal For

  • Arduino shields and stackable headers
  • Custom PCB assembly
  • Breadboard prototyping

Package Contents

  • 10× 40-Pin Break-Away Male Header Strip (long straight)

Jargon buster

Plain-language definitions for the technical terms used above.

Headers
Rows of connector contacts on a fixed pitch (commonly 2.54 mm) used to link a board to a breadboard, jumper wires, or another board. They come as male pin headers and female socket headers; when a module ships with pre-soldered headers it can be used straight away, whereas bare pads require soldering the pins yourself.
PCB
A printed circuit board (PCB) is a board, usually rigid, with etched copper tracks that connect electronic components together without loose wiring. Components are mounted on the board and signals route between them through the copper layout.
