These 2 mm pitch 10-pin socket headers are designed specifically for XBee modules, which use 2 mm pin spacing instead of the standard 2.54 mm (0.1″) pitch. Each pack includes two sockets — one for each side of the XBee module.
Solder these sockets onto your PCB or breadboard adapter to create a removable mount for your XBee modules, making it easy to swap modules between projects.
Key Features
- 2 mm Pitch – Correct spacing for XBee module pins
- 10 Pins Per Socket – Matches the XBee footprint
- Pack of 2 – One socket for each side of the XBee module
- Through-Hole Mounting – Solder directly to your PCB
Ideal For
- Custom XBee breakout boards and adapters
- PCB designs requiring removable XBee mounting
- Prototyping with XBee wireless modules
Package Contents
- 2× 2 mm 10-pin socket headers

Jargon buster
Plain-language definitions for the technical terms used above.
- breakout
- A breakout is a small circuit board that makes a tiny or hard-to-solder component easier to connect to with standard pins. It matters because this OLED module can be wired into a microcontroller project without needing to solder directly to the display’s fine contacts.
- Headers
- Rows of metal pins used to plug a module into a breadboard or connect it with jumper wires. Pre-soldered headers make the module easier to use straight away without needing to solder the pins yourself.
- PCB
- A printed circuit board is a rigid board with copper tracks that connect electronic parts without loose wires. For this kit, the PCBs also form the airplane shape, so they are both the circuit base and part of the finished model.
