Add motion to LEGO-compatible brick builds without relying on hot glue, epoxy or guesswork. This resin-printed mounting piece is designed to hold Adafruit '9g' micro servos and micro-servo-sized DC motors securely for robotics and mechanical projects.
The mount has a vertical servo orientation with LEGO-compatible dots on the bottom, making it easy to integrate a small motor or servo into brick-based structures, mechanisms, gears and pulley assemblies.
Place the micro servo into the mount, secure it with a screw, and it is ready to adapt to standard LEGO-compatible parts. The servo and servo-driving hardware are not included; this is the plastic mounting piece only.
Jargon buster
Plain-language definitions for the technical terms used above.
- servo
- A servo is a motor with built-in position control, usually told to move to a specific angle by a control signal. It matters when you need repeatable movement, such as steering, arms, flaps, or linkages, rather than continuous spinning.
