Add a slim linear touch input to curved or space-constrained surfaces with this flexible ribbon-style potentiometer. At just 0.45mm thick, it can conform to wearables, curved dashboards, soft robotics and other builds where a bulky mechanical slider is not practical.
The graphene-based pressure-sensitive film provides continuous analogue position output across a 300mm sensing length, with typical ±2mm accuracy and a response time under 1ms. It uses a simple three-pin analogue interface, making it straightforward to read from Arduino, ESP32 and Raspberry Pi projects via analogue-to-digital conversion.
The sensor assembly is rated IP67 for water and dust resistance, and is designed for more than 1 million normal flexible press cycles. A pre-installed 300mm silicone wire and double-sided adhesive backing help speed up mounting and prototyping.
Supplied as one linear flexible potentiometer.

Jargon buster
Plain-language definitions for the technical terms used above.
- ESP32
- ESP32 is a family of microcontroller modules with built-in wireless features such as Bluetooth and WiFi. Knowing this product uses an ESP32-based module helps explain how it provides wireless serial communication and firmware update features.
- IP67
- An ingress protection rating meaning the enclosure is dust-tight and can survive temporary immersion in water under specified test conditions. This matters when choosing a sensor for outdoor, wet, or wash-down environments.
- potentiometer
- A variable resistor usually turned with a knob or shaft to create an adjustable electrical signal. It is often used for inputs such as volume, brightness or position, so it helps beginners learn how a microcontroller reads changing values.
