This surface-mount air velocity module uses a MEMS thermopile-based sensor to measure airflow in compact electronic assemblies. It is designed for low-profile enclosures where board space and height are limited.
The FS3000-1005 provides a digital I2C output and 12-bit resolution, making it suitable for integration with microcontrollers and embedded systems. Its sensing structure uses solid thermal isolation technology and a silicon-carbide coating to help protect against abrasive wear and water condensation.

- 12-bit resolution
- 12-bit resolution means a value is represented with 12 binary digits, giving 4096 possible levels.
