dead bandwidth

Dead bandwidth is the small range of input change a servo ignores before it starts moving. A smaller dead bandwidth can give finer position control, but may also make the servo more sensitive to tiny signal changes or jitter.

MG996

MG996 is a model name for a standard-size hobby servo with metal gears. The model matters because size, torque, connector style, and control behaviour need to match the robot, RC vehicle, or mechanism you are building.

PCB

A printed circuit board (PCB) is a board, usually rigid, with etched copper tracks that connect electronic components together without loose wiring. Components are mounted on the board and signals route between them through the copper layout.
