The Chibi Clip is a clothespin-style mounting accessory for the Chibi Chip microcontroller board. It uses spring tension to press the Chip's electrodes onto copper tape circuits built on paper, allowing quick attachment and detachment without soldering or adhesive.

Designed with classrooms in mind, the Clip enables a single Chibi Chip to be reused across multiple projects and students. Simply clip the Chip onto your copper tape circuit and you're ready to go.

Key Features

  • Clothespin Design – Spring-loaded clip for tool-free attachment
  • Reusable – Quickly move the Chibi Chip between different paper circuits
  • No Consumables – No soldering or tape needed for attachment
  • Classroom Friendly – Designed for easy sharing between students
Tip: When designing copper tape patterns for use with the Chibi Clip, use the Chibi Chip as a guide to mark electrode positions on the paper's edge. Run copper tape all the way to the edge and keep it as smooth as possible for reliable contact.
Note: The Chibi Chip microcontroller board is not included and must be purchased separately.
