A high-capacity 3.7 V lithium-ion battery pack built from three 2200 mAh 18650 cells connected in parallel, providing 6600 mAh of total capacity. The cells are spot-welded to a built-in protection circuit that guards against overcharging, over-discharging, and overcurrent.

The pack includes a JST 2-pin connector (genuine JST, rated for 2 A) for easy connection to compatible charger boards. The protection circuit cuts output at approximately 3.0 V to prevent damage from deep discharge.

Key Features

  • 6600 mAh Capacity – Three parallel 2200 mAh 18650 cells
  • Built-In Protection – Overvoltage, undervoltage, and overcurrent protection circuit
  • JST 2-Pin Connector – Genuine JST plug with colour-coded wires
  • 3.3 A Peak Discharge – 0.5C per cell (1.1 A each)
  • Compact Form Factor – 69 × 54 × 18 mm

Specifications

  • Nominal Voltage – 3.7 V
  • Capacity – 6600 mAh
  • Cell Configuration – 3× 18650 in parallel (1S3P)
  • Max Continuous Discharge – 3.3 A
  • Recommended Continuous Load – ≤1.3 A (0.2C)
  • Max Charging Rate – 1.65 A (0.25C)
  • Recommended Charging Rate – ≤1 A
  • Cutoff Voltage – ~3.0 V (protection circuit)
  • ConnectorJST PH 2-pin (rated 2 A)
  • Dimensions – 69 × 54 × 18 mm
  • Weight – 155 g
Warning: Use only a LiIon/LiPoly constant-voltage/constant-current charger. Do not use NiMH, NiCd, or lead-acid chargers. Do not short-circuit, bend, crush, or puncture. Never charge or use unattended. Always inspect for damage, loose wiring, or potential short circuits before use. Verify connector polarity matches your charger before connecting.
Note: This battery pack does not include a built-in thermistor. Charge at 0.2C (1 A) or less for safest operation — lower charge rates simply take longer to reach full capacity.

Ideal For

  • Portable electronics and IoT projects
  • Raspberry Pi and single-board computer battery backup
  • Robotics and wearable electronics
  • Any project requiring extended battery life at 3.7 V

Jargon buster

Plain-language definitions for the technical terms used above.

IoT
Short for Internet of Things, meaning physical devices that connect to networks or the internet to send data or be controlled remotely. It matters if you want projects such as connected sensors, remote controls or classroom data-logging activities.
JST PH
A small keyed plug-and-socket connector with 2 mm pin spacing, often used for low-power electronics connections. You need the correct JST PH cable, and its current rating limits how much power should be passed through it.
single-board computer
A complete computer built onto one circuit board, usually including the processor, memory, ports, and connectors. This matters because accessories like heatsinks must match the board’s layout and mounting holes to fit properly.
