This industrial-grade motion actuator is built for high-load applications that need serious torque, accurate position control and rugged construction. It combines a 24V brushless motor with a 12-bit magnetic encoder for stable, high-resolution angle feedback.
With stall torque up to 600kg·cm, a 390:1 steel gear reduction system and standard PWM control, it is suited to large robotic joints, steering assemblies, industrial valves and other heavy electromechanical mechanisms. The sealed aluminium housing is rated IP65 for demanding workshop, factory, outdoor and marine-style environments.
Position feedback is handled by a non-contact magnetic encoder rather than a traditional potentiometer, helping maintain repeatable control over long service life. The shipping list includes one all-metal PWM magnetic encoder brushless servo.

Jargon buster
Plain-language definitions for the technical terms used above.
- 5G
- A mobile network standard used for high-speed wireless data links. If a project uses a 5G gateway, its power system must be able to supply enough current reliably for outdoor or remote operation.
- AGV
- An AGV, or automated guided vehicle, is a mobile robot used to move materials without a human driver. This matters because controllers used in AGVs need reliable communication and industrial I/O for motors, sensors, and safety systems.
- encoder
- A device attached to a motor or shaft that reports movement, such as rotation steps or position. In a pump system, an encoder can help measure or control how much the motor has turned, which affects how repeatable the watering amount can be.
- potentiometer
- A variable resistor usually turned with a knob or shaft to create an adjustable electrical signal. It is often used for inputs such as volume, brightness or position, so it helps beginners learn how a microcontroller reads changing values.
- PWM
- Pulse Width Modulation is a way for a digital pin to simulate variable output power by switching on and off very quickly. It matters for controlling things like LED brightness, motor speed, or servo-style signals from a microcontroller pin.
- servo
- A servo is a motor with built-in position control, usually told to move to a specific angle by a control signal. It matters when you need repeatable movement, such as steering, arms, flaps, or linkages, rather than continuous spinning.
- Stall torque
- The maximum twisting force a servo can produce when its output is held still and cannot move. It helps you judge whether the servo is strong enough for a robot joint, steering linkage, or other load.
- Torque
- A twisting force that causes something to rotate, usually measured in newton-metres or kilogram-centimetres. It matters when choosing motors, servos, gears, and tools because higher torque is needed to lift heavier loads, turn larger wheels, or move mechanisms without stalling.
