This industrial brushless servo is built for large mechanical systems that need very high torque and accurate angular positioning. It combines a high-efficiency brushless motor, a 12-bit non-contact magnetic encoder and standard PWM control for use in heavy equipment, automation systems and large-scale robotics.
At 24V it can deliver a 1000 kg·cm stall torque, with a 390:1 hardened steel gear train to convert motor power into rotational force. The IP65-rated all-aluminium alloy housing helps protect the internal mechanism from dust and low-pressure water jets, making it suitable for tougher environments such as factory floors, outdoor installations and marine control systems.
The magnetic encoder provides high-resolution position feedback without the wear associated with potentiometer-based servos. Standard PWM control supports integration with controllers such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, industrial microcontrollers and robotics control systems.
Each pack includes one All-Metal PWM Magnetic Encoder Brushless Servo (24V 1000kg).
Features:
- High-efficiency brushless motor architecture
- Extreme stall torque up to 1000 kg·cm at 24V
- 12-bit magnetic encoder for high-precision position feedback
- 0.09° position resolution with less than 1° deviation
- Hardened steel gear train with 390:1 reduction
- IP65-rated all-metal aluminum alloy housing

Use it for demanding motion-control jobs such as heavy machinery steering, marine rudder control, large valve actuators, PTZ tilt mechanisms and stage robotics.
Jargon buster
Plain-language definitions for the technical terms used above.
- encoder
- A device attached to a motor or shaft that reports movement, such as rotation steps or position. In a pump system, an encoder can help measure or control how much the motor has turned, which affects how repeatable the watering amount can be.
- kg·cm
- A torque unit often used for hobby servos, meaning how many kilograms of force the servo can hold at a 1 cm arm length. A higher kg·cm rating means the servo can move or hold heavier loads, but power supply current needs may also increase.
- potentiometer
- A variable resistor usually turned with a knob or shaft to create an adjustable electrical signal. It is often used for inputs such as volume, brightness or position, so it helps beginners learn how a microcontroller reads changing values.
- PWM
- Pulse Width Modulation is a way for a digital pin to simulate variable output power by switching on and off very quickly. It matters for controlling things like LED brightness, motor speed, or servo-style signals from a microcontroller pin.
- servo
- A servo is a motor with built-in position control, usually told to move to a specific angle by a control signal. It matters when you need repeatable movement, such as steering, arms, flaps, or linkages, rather than continuous spinning.
- Stall torque
- The maximum twisting force a servo can produce when its output is held still and cannot move. It helps you judge whether the servo is strong enough for a robot joint, steering linkage, or other load.
- Torque
- A twisting force that causes something to rotate, usually measured in newton-metres or kilogram-centimetres. It matters when choosing motors, servos, gears, and tools because higher torque is needed to lift heavier loads, turn larger wheels, or move mechanisms without stalling.
