A warm-white LED filament shaped as the letter "H", made from COB (chip on board) LEDs — the same technology found in Edison-style LED bulbs. Dozens of micro LED diodes are bonded onto a thin metal backing and coated in silicone, producing a bright, uniform glow from both sides.
Lightweight and easy to mount, these filaments can be glued to surfaces, sewn to fabric, or suspended with fishing line. Arrange them into words or patterns for eye-catching displays and signage.
Key Features
- Warm White COB LEDs – Mimics a classic tungsten filament with a uniform glow
- Low Voltage (3V) – Simply connect to 3V with a current-limiting resistor (100mA max recommended)
- Glows Both Sides – Thin PCB substrate allows light through front and back
- Lightweight – Easy to glue, sew, or hang with fishing line
- PWM Dimmable – Dim easily with pulse-width modulation, just like a standard LED
Specifications
- Letter: H
- Colour: Warm white
- Operating Voltage: 3V
- Max Current: 100mA (with resistor)
- Connection: Solder tabs at both ends (cathode marked with – symbol)
Ideal For
- Custom signage and word displays
- Decorative lighting projects
- Wearable electronics and fabric-mounted displays

Jargon buster
Plain-language definitions for the technical terms used above.
- LED
- A light-emitting diode (LED) is a small electronic component that emits light when current flows through it in the correct direction. Because it only conducts one way, its polarity matters, and a through-hole LED must be soldered the correct way around to light up.
- PCB
- A printed circuit board (PCB) is a board, usually rigid, with etched copper tracks that connect electronic components together without loose wiring. Components are mounted on the board and signals route between them through the copper layout.
- PWM
- Pulse Width Modulation is a way for a digital pin to simulate variable output power by switching on and off very quickly. It matters for controlling things like LED brightness, motor speed, or servo-style signals from a microcontroller pin.
