This compact 5V inductive proximity switch detects metal objects at distances up to 4mm without physical contact. It features an NPN normally-open output, a fast response time under 1ms, and a 1,000Hz switching frequency — making it reliable for high-speed detection applications.
With an IP67 protection rating and an operating temperature range of −20°C to 65°C, this sensor is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Its small 27 × 10 × 6mm form factor fits easily into tight spaces, and it comes with a 2-metre wire lead for flexible mounting.
