Managing Addresses
Saving your shipping addresses to your account makes checkout faster and helps avoid delivery issues. You can store multiple addresses and switch between them as needed.
Adding a new address
- Log in and go to your account dashboard.
- Navigate to the Addresses section.
- Click "Add Address" and fill in the required fields.
Each address requires the following details:
- Full name (the person receiving the delivery)
- Street address
- Suburb or city
- State or territory
- Postcode
You can also add a company name and phone number if needed.
Setting a default address
You can mark one of your saved addresses as your default. Your default address will be automatically pre-filled at checkout, saving you time on future orders. To change your default, edit the address you'd like to use and select the default option.
Editing and deleting addresses
You can edit any saved address to update details such as a new street or postcode. If an address is no longer needed, simply delete it from the list. Removing an address won't affect any orders that have already been placed using that address.
