Resetting Your Password

If you've forgotten your password or just want to update it for security, there are two easy ways to do it.

Forgot your password?

1. Go to the login page.
2. Click the "Forgot Password" link below the sign-in form.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Check your inbox for a password reset email from Little Bird Electronics.
5. Click the reset link in the email and choose a new password.

The password reset link will expire after a set period for security reasons. If the link has expired, simply request a new one by repeating the steps above.

If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. The email is sent from our system straight away, so it should arrive within a minute or two.

Changing your password while logged in

If you're already signed in and want to update your password, you can do so from your account:

1. Go to your account dashboard.
2. Navigate to Profile settings.
3. Enter your new password and confirm it.
4. Save your changes.

We recommend choosing a strong, unique password that you don't use on other websites.
