6 x AA battery holder with 5.5mm/2.1mm plug

A 6×AA battery holder with a 5.5mm/2.1mm DC barrel plug, ready to power Arduino boards and other electronics with a standard DC jack. Use alkaline AAs for approximately 9V at 3000–4000mAh, or rechargeable NiMH cells for 7.2V at ~2000mAh.

The 9V alkaline output is ideal for boards with a 5V voltage regulator that require 7V+ input. Lasts about 10 times longer than a single 9V battery.
