This 220 piece connector assortment gives your workstation a handy supply of 2.0mm pitch JST-PH compatible plugs, sockets and crimp terminals. It is a useful kit for prototyping, repairs and making up custom leads for common maker electronics.
JST-PH style connectors are widely used in electronics projects. The 2-pin size is commonly used for batteries and battery packs, while the 3-pin and 4-pin sizes suit STEMMA connections. The 4-pin size is also compatible with Grove.
The connectors are large enough to crimp without too much difficulty, while still being less chunky than 0.1" / 2.5mm JST XH and compatible connectors. A proper crimping tool is recommended for best results, rather than trying to crimp with standard pliers.

- Grove
- Grove is a standardised 4-pin plug-in connector system for sensors and modules that avoids soldering and jumper wires, with different cable types carrying I2C, UART, analogue or digital signals. When a product is Grove-compatible it can be quicker to connect supported modules, provided the connector type, signal and voltage all match.
- pH
- A measure of how acidic or alkaline a liquid is, on a scale where 7 is neutral. For a water monitoring kit, pH tells you about water chemistry and whether the included probe matches the range and accuracy your project needs.
- STEMMA
- A plug-and-cable connection system used on some maker electronics boards to make wiring simpler. If a product uses STEMMA, you need the matching cable or connector type to plug it in without soldering.
