A 10W high-power warm white LED module with an integrated 60° focusing lens. The lens narrows the beam compared to the standard 120° version, concentrating the 500-lumen output into a tighter spot — ideal for searchlights, spotlights, and directional lighting.

The module consists of nine separate LED dies on a single aluminium substrate with a warm 3000–4000K colour temperature. The aluminium substrate helps dissipate heat when mounted to an appropriate heat sink.

Key Features

  • 60° Focusing Lens – Concentrates light into a tighter beam for spotlighting
  • 10W Total Power – High-brightness LED with 500 lumens output
  • Warm White (3000–4000K) – Comfortable, warm colour temperature
  • 9 LED Dies – Multiple emitters on a single substrate
  • Aluminium Substrate – Aids heat dissipation when mounted to a heat sink

Specifications

  • Rated Power – 10W
  • Luminous Output – 500 lm
  • Colour Temperature – 3000–4000K (warm white)
  • Lens Beam Angle – 60°
  • Working Voltage (with heat sink) – 9–11V
  • Working Voltage (without heat sink) – 7.5–8.5V
  • Rated Current – 1000mA
  • Operating Temperature – −20°C to 60°C
  • Dimensions – 29mm × 23mm
  • Weight – 10g

Ideal For

  • Robot searchlights and spotlights
  • Directional task lighting
  • Focused work lamps
  • DIY torch and lantern projects

Package Contents

  • 1× 10W Super Bright LED – Warm White with 60° lens
Warning: At full power this LED generates significant heat. A heat sink is strongly recommended to prevent damage and ensure long life.

Jargon buster

Plain-language definitions for the technical terms used above.

LED
A light-emitting diode (LED) is a small electronic component that emits light when current flows through it in the correct direction. Because it only conducts one way, its polarity matters, and a through-hole LED must be soldered the correct way around to light up.
