A 1000:1 micro metal gearmotor from Pololu's popular N20-size range, featuring a high-power 6V brushed DC motor with long-life carbon brushes (HPCB). The carbon brushes offer significantly longer motor life compared to the precious metal brush (HP) version, while delivering the same performance.

With the highest gear ratio in the series, this motor delivers extremely low output speeds and very high torque relative to its tiny size. At 6V with no load, the output shaft turns at approximately 33 RPM.

Warning: The 1000:1 gearbox can generate enough torque to damage itself. Avoid stalling the motor. Stall torque and current values are theoretical extrapolations. Keep operating current at 25% or less of stall current to maximise motor life.
Note: HPCB terminals are 0.5mm wider and 1mm closer together than HP/MP/LP versions. HPCB motors are not compatible with Pololu's older optical encoders (#2590, #2591) or older magnetic encoders (#2598), but are compatible with the newer #3081 magnetic encoders.

kg·cm
