This 0.4 mm heat-resistant welding wire is built from seven 0.08 mm silver-plated copper conductors with a PFA insulation jacket. It handles temperatures from −60 °C to +250 °C, making it suitable for fine soldering work, rework, and environments where standard wire insulation would degrade.
At just 0.4 mm outer diameter, this wire is thin enough for circuit board fly-wiring, jumper connections, and wearable electronics where space is extremely limited. Supplied on a 50 m roll in black.
Key Features
- Silver-Plated Copper Conductor – Seven 0.08 mm strands for excellent conductivity and flexibility
- PFA Insulation – Heat, moisture, and corrosion resistant
- Wide Temperature Range – Rated from −60 °C to +250 °C
- Ultra-Thin 0.4 mm OD – Ideal for fine-pitch and space-constrained wiring
- 50 m Roll – Generous length for multiple projects
