Account Statements
Account statements give you a consolidated summary of all your orders with Little Bird Electronics. They are especially useful for schools, universities, and businesses that need to reconcile purchases against budgets or internal records.
How to Generate a Statement
- Log in to your Little Bird Electronics account.
- Navigate to the Orders page from your account menu.
- Click the Statement option to generate your account statement.
What's Included on a Statement
- A list of all your orders with order numbers and dates
- Individual order amounts including GST
- Payment status for each order (paid, pending, refunded)
- Running totals and summary figures
- Your account and billing details
Available Formats
Statements can be downloaded in three formats to suit your needs:
- PDF -- ideal for printing or emailing to your accounts department.
- CSV -- perfect for importing into spreadsheets or accounting software like Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks.
- Markdown -- useful for pasting into documents, wikis, or internal tools.
