## Account Statements

Account statements give you a consolidated summary of all your orders with Little Bird Electronics. They are especially useful for schools, universities, and businesses that need to reconcile purchases against budgets or internal records.

### How to Generate a Statement

1. Log in to your Little Bird Electronics account.
2. Navigate to the **Orders** page from your account menu.
3. Click the **Statement** option to generate your account statement.

### What's Included on a Statement

- A list of all your orders with order numbers and dates
- Individual order amounts including GST
- Payment status for each order (paid, pending, refunded)
- Running totals and summary figures
- Your account and billing details

### Available Formats

Statements can be downloaded in three formats to suit your needs:

- **PDF** -- ideal for printing or emailing to your accounts department.
- **CSV** -- perfect for importing into spreadsheets or accounting software like Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks.
