Exporting Documents in Multiple Formats
Little Bird Electronics makes it easy to export your financial documents in the format that works best for you. Whether you need a polished PDF to send to your accounts team or a CSV to import into your accounting software, we have you covered.
Supported Formats
- PDF -- a print-ready document with full formatting, ideal for official records, audits, or sharing with colleagues.
- CSV -- a spreadsheet-compatible format perfect for importing into accounting tools like Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks, or for use in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Markdown -- a lightweight text format that is easy to paste into wikis, internal documentation, emails, or project management tools.
Documents You Can Export
All three formats are available for the following document types:
- Invoices -- full tax invoices for each order
- Credit notes -- records of any refunds issued
- Account statements -- summaries of all your orders and payment status
How to Export
To export any document, navigate to the relevant page in your account (such as an order detail page or the Orders page for statements) and look for the download options. You can choose your preferred format from there.
