This flat mill is made for roughing or machining flat and prismatic parts, giving you a straightforward cutter for CNC work where a flat-bottomed cut is required.
It is suited to cutting plastic and aluminium, particularly on small CNC machines such as the Nomad or Shapeoko.
If you are using a Shapeoko, make sure you have a precision collet and nut suitable for this cutter.
