Carbide 3D ZrN Coated Flat Cutter 0.125in #102Z - 2 Pack

This two pack of Carbide 3D flat mills is made for precision 3D machining and fabrication, especially when working with aluminium. Each cutter has a 0.125 inch cutting diameter and matching 0.125 inch shank diameter for use with compatible CNC machines and tool holders.

The cutters are coated with Zirconium Nitride (ZrN), a specialty coating suited to temperature-sensitive materials. ZrN offers corrosion resistance, lubricity and hardness across a range of machining applications.

The coating also helps reduce built-up edge on cutting tools, supporting a better surface finish. These solid carbide cutters are suitable for machining titanium and aluminium alloys, nickel, brass, copper, cast iron and zinc.
