These metric threaded inserts are handy for creating strong, reusable fixing points in jigs, fixtures, wasteboards and other work-holding setups.
Install a few in strategic locations to clamp down material, or set them out in a grid pattern to turn a wasteboard into a threaded table. Installation is straightforward: create a 9mm pilot hole, then thread the insert into the hole.
Each pack includes 100 inserts, plus a 6mm hex key and 6mm hex driver for installation. The hex driver can be used with a cordless drill for faster setup.
