This pluggable terminal block socket is made for secure, removable wire-to-board connections in power and I/O wiring. The 10-way layout uses a 3.5mm pitch, giving you a compact connector for multi-wire harnesses.

Each position uses a rising clamp screw terminal to hold the wire firmly without damaging the strands. It is suited to projects where wires may need to be disconnected for servicing, testing or enclosure assembly.

The socket is designed to plug directly into its matching 10-way, 3.5mm PCB terminal block.

Specifications:

  • Ways: 10-way
  • Pitch: 3.5mm pitch
  • Voltage Rating: 300V AC
  • Current Rating: 12 Amp/Way Max.
  • Withstand Voltage: 2500V AC for 1 minute
  • Wire Range: 16 ~ 24 AWG
  • Operation Temperature: -40°C ~ +105°C
  • Insulator Body: Polyamide+G.F.(UL94V-0), Green
  • Contact: Copper Alloy, Tin Plated

Jargon buster

Plain-language definitions for the technical terms used above.

AWG
American Wire Gauge is a numbering system for wire thickness, where a lower number means a thicker wire. The AWG rating matters because thicker wire can usually carry more current with less voltage drop and heating.
PCB
A printed circuit board (PCB) is a board, usually rigid, with etched copper tracks that connect electronic components together without loose wiring. Components are mounted on the board and signals route between them through the copper layout.
Terminal block
A terminal block is a connector that joins wires together in a neat, removable, or serviceable way, usually clamping each wire under a screw or spring instead of soldering. It makes it easier to connect, change, or service wiring without permanent joints.
