This surface-mount resistor is a compact 12.1 kOhms component for PCB assemblies, prototypes and repairs where a precise fixed resistance is needed.
It is a thick film SMD resistor with ±1% tolerance and a 1/10W power rating, suited to dense circuit layouts and general low-power electronics work.
