Obstacle Course for Bee-Bot and Blue-Bot

Turn any Bee-Bot or Blue-Bot mat into a maze. Students have to plan a route around walls, through doorways and under arches — which means thinking several steps ahead before they press Go, rather than nudging the robot one square at a time.

Because the pieces are modular, you can start with a single wall for Prep students and build up to a genuinely tricky course for Year 3 and 4. Rearranging the course between groups keeps the challenge fresh.
