nOOds are flexible LED filaments made with ultra-flexible metal backing and coated in coloured silicone. Dozens of micro LED diodes are bonded together along the strip, producing a warm, even glow. The flexible design lets you bend and shape the filament into curves, loops, and custom forms.
This 1.2 m red nOOd runs on 24 V and is ideal for miniature lighting, dioramas, dollhouses, and creative LED projects. Connect the anode to the metal end with the small hole and apply 24 V — if it doesn't light up, reverse the connection.

Jargon buster
Plain-language definitions for the technical terms used above.
- LED
- A light-emitting diode is a small electronic component that lights up when current flows through it in the correct direction. In this kit, LEDs create the flashing effect, so polarity and correct soldering matter for the project to work.
