This cordless smart soldering setup uses a super-capacitor inside the soldering handle, giving you cable-free movement at the bench without relying on a conventional battery pack. The OLED display lets you keep an eye on power and temperature status while you work.
The soldering handle and control base communicate over Bluetooth, enabling remote control and setting of functions such as preheating and temperature adjustment. The handle supports MINIWARE 3.5mm audio interface soldering tips from the TS80/80P series, making it suitable for precision electronics work and SMD soldering.
The compact control base combines soldering control, charging, a soldering stand and expansion slots into one desktop unit, powered via USB Type-C PD input. The supplied set includes TS1C Soldering Iron Handle (Black) x1, TS1C Control Base x1, Soldering Tip (TS-B02) x1, Sponge Tray x1, Absorbent Sponge x1, USB-C Silicone Power Cable x1 and User Manual x1.

Jargon buster
Plain-language definitions for the technical terms used above.
- BLE
- BLE stands for Bluetooth Low Energy, a Bluetooth mode designed for low power use and broad compatibility with modern phones and computers. It connects well to battery-powered and mobile devices, including Apple hardware, though it behaves differently from Bluetooth Classic and its serial-style profiles.
- capacitance
- Capacitance is the amount of electrical charge a capacitor can store, usually measured in farads such as uF. Choosing the right capacitance value matters because it affects how well a circuit filters power, handles timing, or stores short bursts of energy.
- OLED
- OLED stands for organic light-emitting diode, a display type where each pixel produces its own light. It matters because OLED screens are thin, high-contrast and easy to read for small status displays, but they can be more sensitive to image burn-in than some other display types.
- PCB
- A printed circuit board (PCB) is a board, usually rigid, with etched copper tracks that connect electronic components together without loose wiring. Components are mounted on the board and signals route between them through the copper layout.
- SMD
- SMD means surface-mount device, a component style designed to be soldered directly onto the surface of a circuit board rather than through holes. SMD parts are compact and mounted flat on the board, which suits smaller and mass-produced designs.
- Type-C
- USB Type-C (USB-C) is a small, reversible USB connector used for charging, power, and data transfer on many modern devices. A Type-C port or plug indicates the cable and charger connection needed to power, charge, or communicate with a device.
- under-voltage protection
- Under-voltage protection turns off or limits operation when the supply voltage drops too low. This helps prevent unstable behaviour and can protect batteries or connected electronics from being used outside their safe range.
- USB Type-C
- USB Type-C is a small, reversible USB connector used for power, data and sometimes video on many modern devices. The connector itself does not guarantee a particular speed or voltage, so check the supported USB version, data rate and whether it carries more than 5V via USB Power Delivery.
- USB-C
- USB-C is a small, reversible USB connector that can carry power, data and, on some devices, video over a single cable. The same connector can range from charging only to high-speed data, so the functions a given port actually supports vary.
