A bolt-on mechanism that turns a Maqueen into a working machine. Each kit is a metal-gear servo, an anodised aluminium linkage and all the screws needed to fit it, so students assemble a real mechanism and then drive it from code. Fitting takes a screwdriver and a few minutes.
Pick your attachment above:
- Loader
- A front bucket on a servo arm — scoop, carry and tip. The classic earth-mover build.
- Push
- A bulldozer blade that raises and lowers. DFRobot suggest it for robot football and clearing a course.
- Beetle
- Two hinged jaws that open and close like a beetle's mandibles, so the robot can grip an object, carry it and release it.
- Forklift
- Twin forks that lift and lower, for picking up and stacking small loads exactly like the real thing.
All four use the same mounting points and servo port, so a class can start with one and swap the others in later.
