A bolt-on mechanism that turns a Maqueen into a working machine. Each kit is a metal-gear servo, an anodised aluminium linkage and all the screws needed to fit it, so students assemble a real mechanism and then drive it from code. Fitting takes a screwdriver and a few minutes.

Loader
A front bucket on a servo arm — scoop, carry and tip. The classic earth-mover build.
Push
A bulldozer blade that raises and lowers. DFRobot suggest it for robot football and clearing a course.
Beetle
Two hinged jaws that open and close like a beetle's mandibles, so the robot can grip an object, carry it and release it.
Forklift
Twin forks that lift and lower, for picking up and stacking small loads exactly like the real thing.

All four use the same mounting points and servo port, so a class can start with one and swap the others in later.

A servo is a motor with built-in position control, usually told to move to a specific angle by a control signal. It matters when you need repeatable movement, such as steering, arms, flaps, or linkages, rather than continuous spinning.
