MI:pro Protector Case for micro:bit V1/V2

This protective case is designed for the BBC micro:bit and works with both the original micro:bit V1 and the micro:bit V2. Its four-layer construction surrounds the board while keeping the important buttons, ports and bottom edge pins accessible.

The case helps protect the micro:bit and, importantly, reduces the chance of accidentally shorting the pads on the back of the board. A 2xAAA battery pack can be mounted to the rear using the supplied sticky fixer, making mobile micro:bit projects easier to build.

Assembly is straightforward and involves stacking the laser-cut plates around the micro:bit and screwing them together, with only a small flathead screwdriver required at most. The edge pins remain accessible for use with many edge connector carrier boards; the SparkFun gamer:bit is not compatible because its edge connector is located in the centre of the board.

Includes: 4x M3 Cheese Head Nylon Machine Screw, 1x Sticky Fixer Pad, 4x M3 Nylon Full Nut, laser-cut parts, 1x Back Mounting Plate, 2x Mid-layer Parts, 1x Mid-layer Plate and 1x Front Plate. This case does not include a micro:bit, power source or mounting screws.
