A retro-futuristic triangle-shaped illuminated pushbutton that looks straight out of a 1960s sci-fi control panel. Medium-sized and easy to press, this red button features a built-in LED that can be controlled independently from the switch — use it as an indicator, a status light, or just for visual flair.
The momentary switch contacts are normally open and connect only while pressed. Since the LED is electrically separate from the switch, you have full control over when it lights up — on press, on release, always on, or driven by your own logic. Arrange six together for a striking hexagonal layout.

Jargon buster
Plain-language definitions for the technical terms used above.
- LED
- A light-emitting diode is a small electronic component that lights up when current flows through it in the correct direction. In this kit, LEDs create the flashing effect, so polarity and correct soldering matter for the project to work.
