The Quick 957D is a hot air soldering rework station with an internal pump and heater that delivers a steady stream of temperature-controlled hot air. It is designed for removing and replacing surface-mount components, fixing solder joints and bridges, and performing solder paste reflow on PCBs.

The station features closed-loop temperature control from 100–450 °C with a digital display, and an intelligent cooling system that keeps the airflow running until the temperature drops below 100 °C. Three interchangeable nozzles are included for different component sizes.

Key Features

  • Closed-Loop Temperature Control – 100–450 °C with digital display
  • Internal Pump – Steady, adjustable airflow up to 100 L/min
  • Intelligent Cooling – Airflow continues until temperature drops below 100 °C
  • Three Nozzles Included – Different sizes for various component footprints
  • Digital Temperature Display – Easy monitoring during rework

Specifications

  • Model – Quick 957D
  • Temperature Range – 100–450 °C
  • Power Consumption – 580 W
  • Max Airflow – 100 L/min
  • Display – Digital temperature readout
  • Temperature Control – Closed-loop

Ideal For

  • SMD component removal and replacement

Plain-language definitions for the technical terms used above.

PCB
A printed circuit board is a rigid board with copper tracks that connect electronic parts without loose wires. For this kit, the PCBs also form the airplane shape, so they are both the circuit base and part of the finished model.
