This adjustable power module combines boost and buck regulation so it can hold a stable output voltage even when the input is above or below the set output. It is suited to industrial power supplies, DIY smart power supplies and embedded systems that need consistent DC power from varying inputs.
The board provides screw-terminal style connection points for Input+, Input-, Output+ and Output-, along with an output indicator and an output voltage regulation control. Conversion efficiency is specified up to 90%, depending on the input voltage, output voltage and current.
It can deliver up to 5A output current, with appropriate design margin and heat dissipation recommended for high-power or long-term continuous operation. The shipping list includes one DC-DC Buck Boost Converter Module (5A).
