This through-hole ceramic capacitor provides 0.47 µF capacitance with a 25V rated voltage. It is a simple PTH component suited to repairs, prototyping, education, and maintaining existing designs that already use this part.
The capacitor uses straight leads with 2.50mm spacing, making it easy to place on breadboards, prototyping boards, and through-hole PCBs. Its Y5V temperature coefficient and wide tolerance should be considered when choosing it for timing, filtering, or decoupling applications.
