Installation

1. Remove the three spring screws from the heatsink and peel off the phase-change material protective film
2. Align the CPU of the LattePanda Mu with the phase-change material and match the screw holes
3. Tighten the three spring screws in a circular pattern until secure — do not fully tighten one screw before moving to the next, as uneven force may damage the CPU
