The LattePanda Mu Thin Heatsink is a slim, passive aluminium cooler designed specifically for the LattePanda Mu Compute Module. Its low-profile 11mm design allows for perfect integration between the Mu and its carrier board, making it ideal for compact enclosures and custom DIY builds. Crafted from corrosion-resistant aluminium alloy, the heatsink features precision fins that rapidly absorb and dissipate heat from the CPU. It includes high-quality phase-change thermal material for optimal thermal transfer, and mounts securely using spring screws for even pressure distribution.
