The Ft V2 is designed for Alchitry projects that need to move a lot of data in or out of a design. It is built around the FT600Q, which is capable of up to 200MB/s.
In real-world use, bandwidth will be a little lower; the supplier notes they have achieved about 190MB/s from the Ft. This makes it a practical option for high-throughput data transfer between your design and a host system.
The board is pin compatible with the Alchitry Hd, but it needs an Sp or another board between the two to provide clearance for the USB and micro HDMI cable on port 1. Documentation provided by the supplier includes a schematic and a 3D model in STEP format.
