The ACKme WiConnect Mackerel Evaluation Board (AMW004-E03) provides a quick way to evaluate and develop with the WiConnect WiFi platform using the surface-mount AMW004 Wallaby module. Designed by the team behind Roving Networks, the WiConnect module features built-in SSL, AP mode, and auto-connection capabilities.
Simply plug the board into a computer via USB (the board includes an FTDI USB-to-serial converter), connect with a terminal application, and start issuing ASCII commands. The WiConnect application provides easy-to-use commands to read button states and control the on-board LEDs.
