This compact connector is a 16-pin, surface-mount ZIF FPC connector with a 0.5mm pitch, suited to connecting compatible flat flexible cables to your PCB.
It uses a right-angle layout with contacts on both the top and bottom, helping support dual-contact cable arrangements in tight designs. The flip-lock backlock actuator secures the cable once inserted.
