This blank 13.56 MHz RFID/NFC card contains a Mifare Classic 1K chip with 1 KB of writable EEPROM storage. The standard credit-card-sized form factor (ISO 7810 ID-1) makes it suitable for access control badges, identification systems, and RFID prototyping. The embedded chip and antenna are passively powered — no battery is needed.

The chip stores data in writable EEPROM divided into banks and supports over 100,000 re-write cycles. A permanent 4-byte serial number is factory-burned into each chip for unique identification.

Note: This card uses the Mifare Classic chipset (ISO/IEC 14443 Type A). Since approximately 2014, the NFC Forum no longer supports this chipset, so most newer smartphones cannot read or write to it. This only affects phone/tablet use — dedicated RFID readers (such as PN532-based boards) work without issue. If you need smartphone compatibility, look for tags with NTAG chips instead.
