BAV99 Switching Diode Array

The BAV99 is a high-speed switching diode array designed for compact signal switching circuits. It uses a series-pair diode configuration and is rated at 350mW.

With high-current conductivity up to 200mA in a very small 7mm2 footprint, it is suited to space-constrained electronics builds where fast switching performance is required.
