Keep your high-precision GNSS receiver protected when you are working out in the field. This ruggedised carrying case is designed for RTK Facet and RTK Facet v2 receivers, helping shield your gear from the knocks and rough handling that can come with outdoor surveying and positioning work.
Inside the case are custom-moulded slots for the RTK Facet receiver, along with a large open slot for power supplies, cables and adapters. The case also includes a carry handle and SparkPNT branding.
This case is compatible with SparkPNT Facet mosaic L-Band, SparkFun RTK Facet L-Band and SparkFun RTK Facet products.
Note: This product includes the case only. No receiver, power supplies, cables, adapters or other parts are included, and they will need to be purchased separately.

- GNSS
- GNSS stands for Global Navigation Satellite System, covering positioning systems such as GPS and similar satellite networks. It matters here because high-precision GNSS modules can output lots of serial position data that this product can send wirelessly to a computer or phone.
- RTK
- Real-Time Kinematic positioning is a GNSS technique that uses correction data from a base station to greatly improve location accuracy. It matters if you need centimetre-level positioning for robotics, mapping, surveying, or tracking rather than ordinary metre-level GPS accuracy.
- Shield
- An add-on board that plugs into a main controller board to give it extra features such as sensing, motor control or communication. Knowing a product supports shields helps you judge whether it can connect neatly into an existing maker-board setup.
