Reviews of Raspberry Pi 5

Using these units to build some Batocera retro game consoles as future birthday and Xmas gifts for family and friends. The RPi5 is a powerhouse for the money and sips very little energy in the process. The 2GB unit is more than sufficient to emulate every arcade and home game console right up to the mid-90's. Couple it with a nice case and you've got a machine that is portable and easy to use. In my case I'm putting inside a two-player arcade joystick housing.

The Pi 5B is my third Raspberry Pi, I have a Pi 4B (4GB) and a Pi 3B as well. The Pi 5 is the best so far with its faster speed and greater expandability. I'm very happy with my latest Raspberry Pi.

All arrived in good order and appreciate this little bird team greatly. My project starts with this bit of kit to make up a Raspberry Pi5 Media Centre using librelec (Kodi) based operating system. Using a Bluetooth mini keyboard and to start with a 3TB hard drive.
